Firstly, I remember how you feel right now. Just reading through this, researching your condition and trying to make a decision is probably feeling like a struggle. I was there too and at that time there where no answers for me to find. Let’s keep this quick then, so that you can get onto the road to recovery rather than reading sales copy!

Over the years I have compiled all of my research that allowed me to beat Candida and remain yeast and Candida free into a simple to follow but incredibly powerful 3 Step Program. I call it my Anti Candida Diet Plan. Not very original but like the diet itself – it does it’s job!
I have been living a happy, Candida free lifestyle since 2002, feeling incomparably better to the run down, depressed, stiff, lythargic and uncomfortable person that I was for countless years. When she was questioned by the interviewer about ‘what sort of aliments’, it was like she had been sitting in on all of the conversations I had had with my doctor! I was convinced that I had to find out more. I managed to find several research papers on the subject and a couple of books at my city library but it really wasn’t easy to read about Candida back then.
Over the course of the following year, I with my husbands help, I contacted various doctors who had researched Candida Albicans along with nutritionists who were well informed. We compiled our findings and worked out a diet for me with the aim to eliminate Candida. Neither of us where prepared for how quickly it would take effect and how different I would feel.
