Anti Candida Diet Plan

Foods to Avoid

Alcoholic Drinks

Alcohol should be avoided

Do not underestimate how challenging the lifestyle change will be while you are fighting Candida. The limited nature of the Detox and the Anti Candida Diet Plan can make life difficult but do try to remember that it is for a limited time and you will be able to slowly reintroduce most the foods listed below.

By following the diet plan strictly you will give yourself the best possible chance of beating the Candida infestation. You should avoid the food in this list because they either contain sugar or simple carbohydrates that feeds the Candida directly or they weaken you immune system, making it harder for your body to fight off the overgrowth.
