  • 1 cup of Rice flakes    OR    1 cup of Millet flakes
  • 2 cups of Water or Soya Milk


Make in the same was as you would an Oat Porridge, alternatively, double the quantity of liquid and use the whole grain (instead of flakes) and cook overnight in a slow cooker.

Optional additions are natural unsweetened yoghurt, 1 teaspoon Tahini, cinnamon, vanilla or nutmeg.
