Ingredients
Serves 2
- 1 cup of Oats
- Natural Vanilla extract to taste.
- 2 cups of Water or Soya, Oat, Goat or Coconut milk.
Preparation
Heat liquid with the vanilla until just before a slow simmer. Add Oats and stir until you reach desired consistency.
Optional additions are natural unsweetened yoghurt, cinnamon or nutmeg to taste.
